The Role:

  • Reporting to the team Supervisor, the Insurance Officer will be responsible for handling general client enquiries and regular servicing of Personal Lines portfolio.
  • Recommending and cross-selling covers to enhance customers’ insurance placements
  • Building and retaining strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Interacting with the internal broking and claims teams

The Person:

  • A disciplined business approach and background in insurance
  • Ability to develop client relationships
  • Inspire confidence and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Proficient in written and oral communications
  • A level of education or CII qualifications (minimum Cert CII or equivalent)
