What you’ll be doing:

  • Data entry and updating database
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Greeting customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Finance Asst. Manager
  • Assisting with preparation and circulation of monthly management reports
  • Conducting inventory and liaising with suppliers
  • Other general administration duties

What you need:

  • Some experience in an administrative role
  • Basic book-keeping knowledge
  • Good level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient in your typing speed
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
  • Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
  • Professional presentation
